Terms of Service

Welcome to Stream Mafia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stream Mafia website and apps. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

Stream Mafia is a catalog and search service for movies and TV shows. We provide an interface that organises publicly available information — titles, artwork, ratings and episode guides — together with links to media that third parties make available on the internet.

Stream Mafia does not host, upload or control the video files, streams or downloads that are reachable through the service. Media is delivered directly by third-party servers, and we do not verify the legality or licensing of content hosted on those servers.

2. User Responsibility

By using Stream Mafia, you acknowledge that you access third-party content at your own risk. You agree to use the service for personal, non-commercial entertainment only, and you are responsible for making sure your use complies with the laws of your country.

Stream Mafia cannot be held liable for copyright infringement, malware or damage resulting from your interaction with third-party servers.

3. Accounts

If you create an account to keep a watchlist, favorites, lists or viewing history, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, post unlawful comments, try to break or overload the platform, or otherwise violate these Terms.

4. Comments and Requests

Comments, ratings, lists and content requests you submit must be lawful and respectful. We may remove any user content at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

The Stream Mafia interface, branding and code belong to Stream Mafia. Posters, backdrops, logos, character images and metadata belong to their respective owners (such as TMDB and the studios) and are used for identification only.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
